Definitions
Page Speaker and its web properties and its commercial software products, in this document, shall be referred to as the product.
Any other party, in this document, shall be referred to as the client.
Data We Collect
We collect the client’s email address and password when the client signs up for an account with the product.
We outsource the processing of the client’s payment information to a third party, Stripe and/or FTX US, when the client signs up for a paid account with the product or modifiers their plan with the product.
We collect the client’s email address, may collect the client’s name, and may collect other details provided by the client, when the client fills out the product’s contact form.
We collect the client’s email address when the client resets the password for their account with the product.
We may collect the client’s email address if the client optionally signs up for a newsletter administered by the product.
We may collect the client’s name, business name, website, and/or use case if the client optionally provides such information for our analytic purposes.
We may collect the client’s name, business name, picture, business logo, website, and/or use case if the client optionally provides such information in a product testimonial published with their explicit consent.
Why We Collect Data
We process the client’s email address and password to safeguard the client’s account.
We process the client’s email address, may process the client’s name, and may process other details provided by the client, to best respond to the client’s contact form inquiries.
We process and communicate with the client’s email address when the client resets the password for their account with the product.
We may process the client’s email address to, with their permission, adminster a newsletter.
We may process (but not share) other details optionally provided by the client, for analytic purposes.
We may process (and share) other details optionally provided by the client in the case of product testimonials, which are voluntarily provided.
Client Data Rights
The client may unsubscribe from a newsletter administered by the product by visiting a link attached to the newsletter emails.
The client may request their account data by submitting a request through the product dashboard.
The client may delete their account and account data by submitting a request through the product dashboard.
If the client would like their third-party cookies to be erased before they expire, the client may do so by contacting us.
Cookies
We use Hotjar, who sets third-party cookies on this website. For more information about the cookies used by Hotjar, and how to opt-out, the client may see Hotjar’s privacy policy and their Hotjar’s cookie information.
We have configured Hotjar to be much more non-invasive than the default configuration.
The product’s toolbar script does not use third-party cookies and is compliant with the GDPR and CCPA.
Changes
The client agrees that this document may be updated at any time. When this document updates, the changes are effective immediately.
